Shipping Costs within Germany
Within Germany, your order will be shipped insured for a flat rate of 5.00 Euros (gross). For gross orders of 60.00 Euros or more, shipping within Germany is free. Deliveries to parcel stations are not possible.
For each order, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
Should the delivery be returned after multiple delivery attempts or after the branch pick-up deadline has passed, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs for re-shipping.
International Shipping Costs
Your order can be shipped as an insured parcel including tracking to the following EU countries as standard:
Belgium, Netherlands*, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark*, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic, France*, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Estonia.
*Netherlands and France without overseas territories, Denmark without Greenland, Faroe Islands and Channel Islands.
The applicable shipping costs are a flat rate of 16.00 Euros (gross) per order.
International orders can also be shipped to the following countries: Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK) and United States of America (USA).
The applicable shipping costs are a flat rate of 26.00 Euros (UK and Switzerland) and 38.00 Euros (USA) per order.
If you would like shipping to another country, please send an email including the item, quantity, and delivery address to: support@navucko.com.
You will be informed as soon as possible whether shipping to the desired country is possible and, if so, what the shipping costs will be.
Delivery Time
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 4 business days after receipt of payment (PayPal, credit card). Please note that for orders paid by bank transfer (Klarna/Sofort), payment may take approximately 2-3 business days to be received. The order will only be processed after payment is received, and the shipping time will be extended accordingly.
The shipping time within Germany averages 2 - 3 days. International shipments have a shipping time of approximately 4 - 14 days.
