Shipping costs within Germany

Within Germany, your order will be shipped insured by DHL for a flat rate of EUR 5.90 (gross). For gross order values of EUR 50.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free. DHL parcel stations can also be delivered to.

For each order you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your shipment. You also have the option to request a second delivery attempt if your shipment was brought to a branch:

If the delivery is returned after multiple delivery attempts or after the store pickup deadline has been exceeded, we unfortunately will not cover the costs of re-shipping.

International shipping costs

Your order can be sent as an insured package (DHL including tracking) to the listed EU countries:
Belgium, Netherlands*, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark*, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic, France*, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Estonia.
*Netherlands and France without overseas territories, Denmark without Greenland, Faroe Islands and Channel Islands.
The shipping costs are a flat rate of 15.90 € (gross) per order.

In addition, international orders can be shipped to the following countries (Premium DHL): Switzerland, Great Britain (UK) and the United States of America (USA).
The shipping costs are a flat rate of 20.90 € (UK) or 25.90 € (Switzerland) and 35.90 € (USA) per order.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send an email (hello@navucko.com) stating the item, quantity and delivery address. You will be informed as soon as possible whether the order can be shipped to the desired country and, if applicable, how much the shipping costs will be.

Shipping time

All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment (Paypal, credit card) within approx. 2 - 4 working days. Please note that when ordering by bank transfer (Klarna/Sofort), payment will only be received after approx. 2-3 working days. The order will only be processed after receipt of payment and the shipping time will be extended accordingly.

DHL's shipping time within Germany is on average 2 - 3 days. International shipments take about 4 - 14 days (varies from country to country, you can find more information on the DHL website).
