Shipping costs within Germany
Within Germany, your order will be shipped insured for a flat rate of 5.00 Euro (gross). For a gross order value of 60.00 Euro or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge for you. Parcel stations cannot be delivered to.
For each order, you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your shipment via email.
Should the delivery return as a return after several delivery attempts or after the exceeded branch pickup period, we unfortunately do not bear the costs for a new shipment.
International shipping costs
Your order can be shipped as a standard insured parcel including tracking to the following EU countries:
Austria, Netherlands*, France*, Italy.
*Netherlands and France excluding overseas territories.
The applicable shipping costs are a flat rate of 16.00 Euro (gross) per order. For orders with a value of 150.00 Euro or more, shipping within the EU is free of charge for you.
In addition, international orders can be shipped to the following countries: Switzerland, Great Britain (UK) and United States of America (USA).
The applicable shipping costs are a flat rate of 26.00 Euro (UK and Switzerland) and 38.00 Euro (USA) per order.
Should you wish to ship to another country, please send an e-mail with the item, quantity and delivery address to: support@navucko.com.
You will be informed as soon as possible whether shipping to the desired country is possible and, if applicable, what the shipping costs will be.
Shipping time
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible within approximately 2 - 4 business days after receipt of payment (Paypal, credit card). Please note that for orders paid by bank transfer (Klarna/Sofort), payment will only be received after approximately 2-3 business days. The order will only be processed after receipt of payment and the shipping time will be extended accordingly.
The shipping time within Germany is on average 2 - 3 days. International shipments have a shipping time of approximately 4 - 14 days.
