Withdrawal / Return

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods and return or exchange your order.

Please note that returned items must be in their original packaging, clean, and unused. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping; unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns. Please also note that you are responsible for the return shipment until it is received.

In the case of an exchange, the renewed shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.
