You can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods and return or exchange your order.
Please note that the returned items must be in their original packaging, clean and unused. Please also note that returns are unfortunately not free of charge and you must cover the shipping costs for the return. Re-shipping in the event of an exchange is always free of charge for you.
